How to Play Bingo
Everything you need to know to play bingo at the Utah County Fair!
Visit Vendor Booths
Walk around the fairgrounds and visit the participating bingo vendor booths. Each vendor has a unique QR code displayed at their booth. You need to scan at least 3 different vendors to earn your bingo card.
Scan Their QR Codes
Use your phone's camera to scan each vendor's QR code. You'll be taken to our bingo page where the scan is recorded. You can track your progress and see which vendors you still need to visit.
Get Your Bingo Card
Once you've scanned enough vendors, you can pick a bingo session and get your digital bingo card. Each card is unique with random numbers. Family members can each get their own card on the same phone!
Play Along During the Session
When the bingo session starts, a caller will draw numbers. Your card updates in real-time — watch for called numbers to appear highlighted on your screen. Keep an eye on the pattern you need to complete!
Hit BINGO and Win!
When you complete the required pattern, the BINGO button will light up on your phone. Tap it to claim your win! Your card is verified automatically. Show your winning screen to the bingo coordinator to collect your prize.
Bingo Patterns
Each session uses one of these patterns. The pattern is displayed on your card and on the display board. Complete the pattern to win!
Line (Any Direction)
Complete any row, column, or diagonal across your card.
Horizontal Line
Complete any full row across your card (left to right).
Vertical Line
Complete any full column on your card (top to bottom).
X-Pattern
Complete both diagonals to form an X shape on your card.
Four Corners
Mark all four corner squares of your card.
Blackout
Mark every single square on your card. The ultimate challenge!
Tips for Playing
Keep your phone charged — you'll need it to play! Consider bringing a portable charger.
Scan vendors early — visit the vendor booths before the bingo session starts so your card is ready to go.
Watch the pattern — it's shown at the top of your card and on the display board. Know what you're aiming for!
The FREE space counts — the center square is always free and counts toward your pattern.
Family members can play too — add children and family members to your registration. Everyone gets their own unique card.
